The new vacuum chamber with 3 axes is very important to increase the production time of the encapsulating under vacuum.
Using pallets of several dimensions, it’s possible to put many pieces inside the chamber and to do a program making many dosages on the pieces by moving the dosage valve.
The dosage valve is moved by 2 brushless motors in 2 directions (Axes X and Y).

The third axis is made by the movement up and down of the working plate (Axis Z).

The new vacuum chamber is made entirely in anodised aluminium thickness mm. 40.
