Dosage machine model 791 .2.00

The dispenser machine model 791 .2.00 is an automatic proportioning, mixing and dispensing of two-component systems. Easy to use, ensures repeatability and automation of the production process at competitive prices. The key features are:

• Posibility of automatic filling of resin and hardener directly from commercial drums by diaphragm pumps (with recirculation of the products to prevent sedimentation).
• Heated stainless steel tanks, capacity up to lt. 1 7.
• Degassing tanks of aluminum and glass, capacity 25 Lt. heated by resistance, complete of degassing agitator with Archimede screw.

• Plexiglass tanks for vacuum cap. Lt. 2.5 - max. vacuum 20 mbar.

• Proportioning unit with fixed ratio and manual adjustement of the correct dosage volume.
• Dosing command by handle, pedal or outside line.
• Electronic controller with: Pot-life alarm, repeated dosage, waiting tima between dosages, temperatures control.programming.

It's possible to place the machine on assembly lines. It has input-output for external interface.
It's possible to have the machine with automatic rotary tables, for a simple automation of the potting process.
The machine is arranged for the installation of an automatic washing system, in case of using of dosage valve in vacuum chamber and 3 stage mixing system.

Controller S672
The working cycle is operated by the electronic controller S672:
- Manual casting (visible) and automatic (volumetric).
- N. 3 heating temperatures.
- Dosage repeater from 1 to 9,999 times (in Auto mode).
- Counting of dosages and counting od cycles (multi-dosage).
- Times of dosing: waiting time between dosage and return time of pumps after dosage.pompe.
- Sound alarm for resin pot-life.

OPERATION
The machine has two volumetric pistons: the pumps are of suitable size with the ratio of the resin to work for correct proportioning of the quantity of the two components.
After air pressure: 5-7 bar and power supply: 230V, and then after the first operation with predisposition volumetric dose and dosing speed:
- Fill the tanks respectively resin and hardener, and press the dosing command for the automatic release of the adjusted volume of resin and hardener. In the case of
castings with high quantities of mixture, the electronic lock will be able to set the repeater dosed 1 to 9,999 times.
The pumps resin / hardener will be sized so as to ensure the volume of the mixture required in the shortest possible time (adjustable speed of output mixture).

Resin and hardener remain separated up to the top of the mixer block, then they will go inside the static mixer which will have the function of mixing and pouring nozzle, chosen according to obtaining a proper mixing.
The machine does not need washing, solving the problems of disposal of liquid waste compounds, and possession of solvents.
Resin and hardener will feed the system with:
- stainless steel tanks cap. 5 to 1 7 Lt.
- Plexiglass tanks with vacuum cap. 2,5 L.
- Degassing tanks cap. 25 Lt.
- Diaphragm pumps for filling directly from commercial bins or drums.
