MIXING PLANT 799.000 SERIES

799 is an automatic machine for proportioning,mixing and dosing two component resins, by two volumetric pumps and fixed mixing ratio.

Easy to control, it’s ideal to solve any productive, environmental and toxicological problem.
It’s provided with references from the best resins manufactures and it can sucking, proportioning,
mixing and dosing:
- Epoxy
- Polyurethane
- Silicon

- Oil and grease.

Its main features are:
- Automatic loading by double membranes pumps.
- Fixed mixing ratio by volumetric pumps.
- Manual program of potting volume.
- Control drive by foot switch or external signal or
by manual dosing gun.
- Electronic control box with pot-life alarms, speedcontrol, heating control.
- Automatic washing unit (if needed).
Conceived us an independent and modular unit, it can be paired with different automatic devices like:
- potting robot.
- rotary table.
- assembly automatic lines.

Minimum dosing volume: 5 gr.
Maximum dosing volume: 400 gr. (4 kg./min)
TOLLERANCE OF REPEATABILITY: 0,10%

Before the mixer there are two check valves (one for resin and one for hardener).
Resin and hardener are separated until the mixer, so you don’t need a washing cycle: when the job ends you need to get out the used mixer.

A dosage plant model 799.00 with rotary table.
This is a low costs solution to have an automatic pottingline.
On the rotary table you can use different pallets. Everypallet is dedicate to one kind of your pieces.
On the rotary table controller you must write only thenumber of pieces on the pallet then you can push thestart bottom.
During the potting operations the operator is free, so hecan do another work.

The resin loading is automatic by a membrane pump.
Thanks to this loading system we have also a simple kind of agitation of the resin to avoid that the solid parts inside resin get separate.
About the hardener loading we can use the same system or we can use various tanks from 5 lt. to 20 lt.
The tanks can be in inox steel or in PVC.
