The dosage systems model 881 and 884 come from the necessity to integrate the vacuum where the production cycles needs a perfect impregnation level without air bubbles and moistures.
Thanks our degassing system, it possible to use twocomponent resins under vacuum all the time. This new technology performs degassing of resin and catalyst
continuously while the machine is working, thus avoiding degassing of components in the tanks before the start of production.
Our continuous degassing system ensures:
· a resin/hardener sucking system that avoids expensive complicated mechanism as well as handling of products
· Excellent impregnation quality thanks to a dehumidified mixture
· It improves mechanical, electrical and thermal performance.

· Under vacuum the system ensures the chemical properties and a total repeatability.

Thanks to years of research and development the 8 series today are able to offer:
